I can’t recommend the Zemanta plugin enough. However, if you find it to not be your cup of tea, then perhaps you’ll have an interest in the Freebie Images plugin instead.
It works similarly to the Zemanta plugin, just without as many nifty options.
It can also work congruent with the Zemanata plugin if Zemanta fails to provide the image of your blogging dreams.
However, I would be remiss in warning you that having both can slow your backend posting load time way down so use judiciously.
As a matter of fact, close one prior to opening the other.
Trust me on this.

If you neglected to take my advice and go with Dreamhost, then you may have already ran into the problem of not having enough bandwidth left to efficiently run your blog.
Unbeknownst to you, some of the problem may be coming from a plugin that is a CPU hog.
